Complaint and return of goods


All products sold in our Store have a manufacturer's warranty.

All products made of architectural concrete available in the Cadekor store are covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery to the customer. Warranty does not cover any mechanical damage - chipping, cracks, damaged painted coatings and other damage caused by careless and inconsistent with the intended use and installation of the purchased products not in accordance with the attached instructions 

The warranty also does not cover damage caused by not securing products for the winter period , in which water may collect (applies to fountains, pots and vases), as well as objects that soil (pots and vases) were removed for the winter period. We recommend covering such products with foil or tarpaulin in winter.

Due to the fact that each product is made of architectural concrete, the warranty is not covered and are not considered defects:

- slight deviations in dimensions;

- slight color deviations caused by different shades of the materials used in production (aggregates, sand);

-changes in colors due to their use;

-differences in the finish of the product (patina shading), compared to what is visible in the photos - the products are made by hand and it is not possible to make an identical finish twice.

Other products, such as: fountain pump, concrete impregnation, adhesives, chlorine tablets for fountain water and other additional items that can be purchased in our Store as additional items, have a warranty date specified by the manufacturer.

Note : please keep proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and original packaging until end of warranty period - these are the basis for to submit complaints.


The Cadekor Store is obliged to provide the Customer with a product without defects.

Where the product:

- is inconsistent with the description on the Order;

- it doesn't have the properties that a product of this kind should have;

- it does not have properties that the Customer has provided to the Cadekor Store;

- it is not suitable for the purpose of which the Customer informed the Cadekor Store when concluding the contract;

- was released to the Client incomplete;

The customer has the right to submit a complaint.

The Cadekor Store is not responsible for the non-compliance of the product if the buyer knew about the non-compliance at the time of ordering.

Before accepting the parcel from the courier of the shipping company, please always check that it has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging has visible external damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the shipment and then contact us by phone.

In the event of mechanical damage during delivery, the courier draws up a damage report , which, together with the bill of lading and a copy of the invoice, is the basis for the complaint.

However, if the purchased product turns out to have manufacturing defects or is not as described, please follow the complaint procedure :

  1. Before making a complaint, contact us by e-mail or by phone and notify about your willingness to complain about the product. Our company will order a courier to collect the advertised product at a time convenient for you.
  2. Send us the product that you want to advertise, properly secured for the duration of transport, by attaching a completed written statement, , which can be downloaded by clicking on the link next to it: COMPLAINT FORM
  3. In within 14 days of our receipt of the shipment with the defective product, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone about the result of the complaint procedure.
  4. If the complaint is considered positively, within within 7 days working from the date of making the decision, we will compensate the costs incurred by you through one of the following forms: repair of the advertised product, sending a new copy product or your money back.
  5. If the complaint is found to be unfounded, we will provide you with a detailed justification of the decision made and within within 14 days working from the date of the decision, we will send the product back at our expense.

    Return goods

    In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 "On the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product" The customer may resign from goods purchased in the Cadekor Store without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. This applies only to consumer sales, so it only applies to sales to a natural person who purchases for purposes not related to professional or business activity.

    Returned goods cannot bear traces of use - every element of the product must be complete and factory-packed, the product delivered in its original packaging unchanged. If this condition is not met, the product will not be accepted.

    The right to return the goods is not entitled in relation to goods manufactured to the Customer's individual order or individually finished according to the Customer's wishes (eg selected color of the product). A separate agreement will be drawn up for such products.

    If you wish to return a product , please follow the procedure below:

    1. Before returning the product please contact us by e-mail or phone and notify us of the cancellation of the product.
    2. Send the product purchased in our Store in undamaged condition and in original packaging with all its contents. Shipment is at your expense .
    3. Attach to the shipment a copy of the purchase document (receipt, invoice) and a declaration completed in writing in which you wish to return the product, as well as the account number to which the refund will be sent. The return form can be downloaded here: RETURN FORM
    4. In within 3 working days of receipt of your shipment by the Cadekor Store, we will check the condition of the delivered product (whether it has any signs of use, has not been damaged or destroyed, or is in the original packaging with all its content).
    5. If we do not note any contraindications, we will send a notification to your e-mail address that the return of the product has been approved. The account number provided in the statement within 7 days from the date of our decision will be refunded in the amount equal to the price of the goods.
      However, if we note damage to the product or signs of use, your product return will be rejected. Then we will send you to the indicated e-mail address information that the return of the product has not been accepted and we will send the product back to the indicated return address within 7 working days. The shipping costs are then covered by You.
