Delivery and shipping costs
We know how important it is for your ordered products to arrive safely and in the best possible condition. That is why, for larger, heavier or delicate products, we use pallet transport as well as courier and freight companies suitable for transporting this type of goods.
Our products, especially fountains, figures, planters and larger concrete elements, require proper protection and an appropriate method of transport. For this reason, delivery costs may vary depending on the weight, dimensions, number of products and number of pallets required.
The shipping costs shown in the shopping cart are calculated automatically by the system. In the case of larger orders, several large products or products with unusual dimensions, the automatic calculation may sometimes overestimate the delivery cost. Therefore, if you have any doubts, we encourage you to contact us before placing an order or after adding the products to the cart. We will check the details of your order and, if possible, prepare an individual transport quote.
Adding a product to the cart and checking the delivery costs does not oblige you to make a purchase.
We do not want transport to be an obstacle to placing your order. If the delivery cost seems too high or your order includes several large products, please contact us. We will check whether the products can be arranged more efficiently on the pallet or whether an individual shipping quote is possible.
Available delivery methods
Available collection and delivery methods:
- personal collection at our company premises:

- courier delivery – pallet,
- courier delivery – two or more pallets,
- courier delivery with cash on delivery, if this payment method is available for the given order.
In the case of large, heavy or particularly transport-sensitive products, we reserve the right to change the delivery method to pallet transport, even if the system initially shows a different shipping option. In such a case, we will contact the customer before processing the order.
Shipping time
The shipping time depends on product availability, payment method and the type of order.
Each product has an estimated shipping or availability time. This indicates when the product can be prepared for dispatch. Depending on the product, this time may range from a few to several working days. In the case of products manufactured, colour-finished or prepared to order, the lead time may be longer.
We make every effort to ensure that the availability information on cadekor.pl reflects our actual stock levels and production capacity. However, the actual processing time may change, for example due to the need to prepare the product, apply the selected colour finish, technological conditions, seasonal production workload or delays on the carrier’s side. In such cases, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
When several products are ordered, the shipping time for the entire order is generally adjusted to the product with the longest processing time. Partial shipment is possible at the customer’s request, provided that the nature of the order allows it and additional delivery costs are agreed.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is calculated individually for each order and depends primarily on:
- the weight of the product or products,
- the dimensions of the shipment,
- the number of products in the order,
- the number of pallets required,
- the type of pallet or packaging,
- the method of securing the goods,
- the selected payment and delivery method.
The shipping cost includes, among others:
- the cost of the courier or freight service,
- the cost of the pallet or cardboard packaging,
- the cost of securing the goods, including film, dividers, cardboard, polystyrene and other protective materials,
- the cost of preparing the shipment for safe transport.
Depending on the type of product, we ship goods:
- in courier parcels,
- on half-pallets,
- on Euro pallets 80 × 120 cm,
- on pallets 120 × 120 cm,
- for larger products, also on non-standard pallets if required for safe shipment preparation.
The goods should not extend beyond the outline of the pallet, unless the nature of the product requires non-standard protection and the shipment is properly prepared for transport.
Products weighing up to approximately 85 kg may, in some cases, be shipped in cardboard packaging. However, the final shipping method depends on the type of product, its shape, its susceptibility to damage and the possibility of safe packaging.

For large or heavy products, the customer should provide a suitable means of transport and secure the goods properly for further transport. We can help with loading on site.
Unloading goods during courier or pallet delivery
Pallet shipments are usually delivered by vehicles equipped with a tail lift and a pallet truck. Standard delivery includes unloading the pallet from the vehicle and placing it in a location where unloading can be safely carried out at the indicated delivery address.
Please note that the courier is not obliged to carry the goods into a building, move them up or down stairs, place the product in the garden or move the pallet to the exact installation location indicated by the customer, for example to a fountain location, gazebo, terrace or deeper into the property.
The possibility of moving the pallet around the property depends on the conditions on site, in particular:
- the width and accessibility of the entrance,
- the type of surface,
- the evenness of the ground,
- the presence of kerbs, thresholds, stairs, gravel, sand, grass or soft ground,
- the possibility of safely manoeuvring the pallet truck,
- the dimensions and weight of the shipment,
- the possibility of access for the courier vehicle to the indicated address.
The pallet truck used by the courier requires a hard, even and stable surface. On surfaces such as gravel, grass, sand, mud, very uneven paving or a steep driveway, moving the pallet may be impossible.
If access or safe unloading at the indicated address is not possible, the courier may unload the shipment at the nearest possible and safe location or refuse unloading at that point. This applies especially when access requires a vehicle of a specific height, width or weight, or where weight restrictions apply.
If you know that there may be difficulties at the delivery address, such as a narrow road, a ban on entry for heavy vehicles, no possibility of turning around, an unpaved road, a steep driveway, low-hanging branches, a gate with limited width or other obstacles, please inform us before dispatch. This will help reduce the risk of delivery problems.
After unloading, any further moving, carrying, bringing in or installation of the product is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed individually.
Checking the shipment upon delivery
All shipments are properly secured for transport. Shipments are also insured in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions.
Before signing for the shipment, please carefully check the condition of the packaging, the pallet and the visible protective elements.
In particular, please check whether:
- the pallet is broken or damaged,
- the packaging is torn, crushed or wet,
- the protective film is damaged,
- the goods have shifted on the pallet,
- cracks, chips or other damage are visible,
- the shipment shows signs of having been tipped over or hit.
If the packaging or goods show visible external damage, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting us immediately.
If damage is noticed after accepting the shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and send photographic documentation. The photos should show:
- the entire pallet or parcel,
- the way the goods were packed,
- the damaged area,
- the shipping label,
- the condition of the protective materials,
- the product from several sides.
If mechanical damage caused during delivery is found, a damage report should be prepared with the courier or the damage should be reported according to the carrier’s procedure. The damage report, waybill, photographic documentation and proof of purchase form the basis for handling a transport claim.
Please do not dispose of the packaging, pallet or protective materials until the matter has been resolved. They may be needed during the claims process.
Responsibility for the shipment
We are responsible for properly preparing and securing the goods for transport and for handing the shipment over to the carrier.
In the case of consumer sales, responsibility for the shipment is governed by the applicable legal regulations. At the same time, we ask customers to carefully check the shipment upon delivery, as prompt reporting of any damage significantly helps in pursuing claims against the carrier and in processing the complaint efficiently.
Signing for the shipment without reservations may make it more difficult later to determine whether the damage occurred during transport.
